YouthN2Fitness offers a variety of programs to ensure a wide range of physical activities children can explore, excel, and utilize their time. These programs consist of After School Activities, Summer Camps, The Comfort Zone, Springs/Wheels Program, and Dance/Cheerleading Camp programs. Children will be given a detail instructional training program in each of these areas to allow them to train well in a fun and productive manner.
 
 
Boot Camp Kids


Boot Camp Kids is an after school program that takes a step away from academics while improving their academics! Data shows that when children include and enhance their physical activities, they will improve their attention span during school which increases their performance. Boot Camp Kids focuses on:
  • Nutritional Guidance
  • Exercising Activities
  • Sport Education

Boot Camp Kids measures success by conducting physical assessments and academic testing before and after the program. Boot Camp Kids is offered to children ages 5-15.
 
 


"Healthy Habits in Action" Summer Camp Program 



This program will extend throughout the summer months, June-July, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. The purpose of this program is to get the youth community involved in proper physical health management and nutritional practices that will promote a healthier lifestyle while keeping their focus away from technology. Summer Camps are offered to students age 5-15 years. The typical day of a summer camp looks like:

 

  • Breakfast (8am-8:30am)
  • Warm-up Activities (8:40am-9:10am)
  • Nutritional Education (9:15am- 10:15am)
  • Fitness/Exercise Drills (10:20am- 11:30am)
  • Lunch Time  (11:30am- 1pm)
  • Play Sports/Dance (1:10pm- 3:25pm)
  • Snack/Dismissal  (3:30pm- 4pm)
  • extended care time(4pm-6pm)

 

 Our summer camp program measures results by:


  • conducting fitness assessments before and after program

                      (body composition, flexibility, strength, endurance Test)

  • conducting academic testing before and after program

                      (reading composition and mathematics)


By the end of this program, children will show improvement in each of the categories and areas listed above.


 

The Comfort Zone


This is a four week program offered year round, Monday-Friday. The goal of this program is to provide a comfortable and conducive environment while implementing exercise regimens and strict nutritional practices to enhance and extend overall health for overweight and obese individuals. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Speed/Agility Camp


This program is a very intense training that focuses on technique and forum development to ensure the best possible results from athletic production through competing and excelling to the next level. This program is also year round and offered five days per week at 4 week intervals.  Some activities include:

  • In depth stretching techniques
  • High Intense exercises
  • Parachute/Hill drills
  • Bleacher Runs

Dance/Cheerleading Camp Program


This program is offered two weeks at a time, year round, Monday-Friday, focusing on improving young peoples skills in rhythmic movement, choreography, and coordination. Children will experience cheerleading routines, coordination activities, and body movement. Students will understand body control, how to move in rhythmic patterns, and flexibility.
