Boot Camp
 

All YouthN2Fitness Boot Camps are specified for the adult population and purposely serve as a fundraiser to ensure that we offer all after school and summer programs at little or no cost. Our fitness boot camps are 18 weeks at three different levels. Each boot camp level is 6 weeks long. The different boot camp levels are explained below:

 


 

 Boot Camp I:  An educational camp to teach you the proper technique and form of a basic exercise routine. During this time you will learn how to stretch, run, and perform various fitness activities.

 




 

 

Boot Camp II:  A more experienced level of fitness transitioning learned activities from BootCamp I to an increase level of performance that will prepare you the next advanced level.

 


 

 


Boot Camp III:  Our more advanced level camp that will have your body fully developed into a calorie/fat burning machine. You will also be prepared to perform your own workouts in a fitness gym of your choice with no failures.
